Identifying and building a brand for a successful property portfolio in Hemel Hempstead.
CHALLENGE
Our client came to us with three of their oldest properties that needed to be refreshed. They faced the difficulty of trying to sell their rooms in these properties while trying to compete with the newer, fresher properties. Within their 3 year plan they also wanted to identify their brand and become a well-known property company in Hemel Hempstead.
RESULT
We overcame the functional obstacles in the spaces and provided a solution that was practical but with a clear powerful design. Once everything had been completed we then came back to the properties to style and photograph them. A couple of months later we started working on the brand and built HuB@HEMEL with a logo and website.
